Every client gets dedicated sending domains -- we never use shared sending pools. Each domain is configured with full email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and goes through a gradual 2-4 week warmup to build sender reputation safely before any campaign volume hits.

We use mailbox rotation to distribute sending volume across multiple inboxes, staying within per-domain daily limits that keep us well under ESP rate thresholds. Deliverability is monitored continuously -- inbox placement rates, blacklist checks, and reputation scoring -- so we catch issues before they affect campaign performance.
